CE Interiors have completed a full building refurbishment to create a new head quarters of a cleaning company in Birmingham. 

Dating back to the Georgian era and retaining many original features, the two story former coaching house was in need of extensive modernisation for our clients requirements.  The  work, which involved; removing existing carpets and fittings, removing 3 walls (one creating a large staff kitchen area, another to make an open plan office and the third to modernise the toilets). Roof repairs were also undertaken including replacing skylights, which created more natural light in the stairwell and corridor.  

A new kitchen was designed and fitted with a staff rest area including underfloor heating which was also fitted in the toilets The offices and boardroom were completely redecorated, including replacing radiators throughout, fitting new electrical & data outlets and modern LED lighting. Outside, the carpark paving was reived, the frontage was painted and window surrounds detailed.  Finally a welcoming new main entrance was created by fitting a new Georgian style door and a solid oak porch added to recreate the traditional look of the building.
