Phase one has been completed on a new medical facility for a client opening a new private clinic in Sutton Coldfield.   

The conversion of the two storey building from an Office/Wearhouse facility into a clinic included: Stripping existing flooring and stained woodwork, fitting new medical grade vinyl flooring, Bio-coating ceiling tiles, fitting medical grade sinks with sensor taps, creating a disable toilet, new electricals throughout and supplying all furniture required including a design & build reception unit. 

The facility now has a welcoming reception area, a patient sub wait area, two consultation rooms and three treatment rooms. 

Phase 2 will see a further two consultation rooms,  two treatment rooms and an operating theatre.
